Description

There’s a thick collection of sand, dirt and rocks at the exit of the neighborhood on Kendrick Ln. This is presumably from the recent heavy rain and storms we’ve experienced causing this debris to run down Marshall Phelps Rd. and into the exit lane of Kendrick Ln. This is a hazard to motorists exiting the neighborhood on a daily basis and should be attended to immediately.
