Description

There is a clothing drop box on the corner of MLK and Holmes in the Hungry Howie parking lot, and people keep depositing large bulk items ( mattresses soaked in the rain, broken beds and chairs) that are left there and should be in trash. There is also another drop box in front of Krogers across the street with the same problem. This is a reoccurring issue, and I think that the drop boxes should be taken away to eliminate this bulk refuse problem. Also, free bulk waste stickers should be available at Kroger's for people to have. The procedure to get bulk waste low income sticker is too much of a hassle to get now, people don't want to go out of their way to pick them up.
