Cars with NJ plates and PA plates without proper zone 1 parking permits park on this block longer than the allotted 2 hours.

Zone 1 parking signs state 2 hr parking from 8am-10pm Sun-Sat.

PPA needs to enforce at these hours, especially after 4 pm and on weekends!
