Description
Traffic cycle skipped chestnut st green for at least two cycles despite presence of v large suv at front of line. Tempers rose. Eventually cars ran the red light.
On bike you never get a green here no matter what. We learned to usher the cats forward so the camera would acknowledge that someone (that is, a car) is waiting
Way to be bicycle friendly.

That first car on chestnut was flanked by me on bike on its right and my husband on bike on its left. He speculates that he may have been construed as a pedestrian (he was not on the crosswalk though) and he may have poisoned the cameras algorithm.

If we are first in line and standing side by side the camera does not recognize our presence. If you’re a single bike rider you can stand there all day.
