Disappointed, but see this often, driving on 54th Avenue North. A city vehicle (N124) lis # XD1015 driving over the speed limit in Kenneth City and right thorough a school zone, did the vehicle slow at any point ...nope. Gee, maybe driving a "city" tagged vehicle is allowed. Seen a police car racing without lights and later drove by an accident, bet the city vehicle didn't get charged???? Bet the Mayor.... he didn't.
