Description
Stormwater from my neighbor's asphalt area/driveway in front of his garage pours over the property line into my backyard. This asphalt area clearly slopes to my property. There is a drainage catch near the edge of the asphalt but it is not adequate to divert all the stormwater from the asphalt.

A. The spillover is occuring on the lot line south of my home. There is an easement driveway from Beaver Lake Dr to my neighbor's home. The spillage point is 66 feet from the intersection of the southern lot line and the easement driveway.
