I submitted this to the mayors office also. The parks dept doesn't even clear it of snow at times because it's so difficult and dangerous to snow blow rubble. I mentioned this to the parks director in August. Again, in my opinion this repair should have been included in the paving contract, since all the crosswalks had to be renewed and handicapped assessable and we would have obtained a better price, but it must be repaired one way or the other since there is no way a pedestrian, let alone a wheelchair, can navigate this so called pathway in winter weather.
