Hi -

My name is Corey and I'm the homeowner that recently installed the fence pictured here. In the process of applying and receiving permits from the District, I spoke to many neighbors about this project but it appears that perhaps we didn't get a chance to discuss this or possibly even meet.

We were able to install the fence to the end of the lot as the previously open space was not a formal alley. The previous owners of the property actually had a fence that ran along the perimeter of the property as well but during construction had pulled it down.

My wife and I are definitely focused on being a part of the neighborhood and would love to meet sometime if perhaps we haven't. I would also be happy to show the permit that was posted in our window during construction as well as the land plot.
