Description
Abandon vehicle that was been broken into and belongings thrown out of vehicle. Unable to place trash cans for pickup, preventing parking for families in assisted living, major barrier for ambulance or fire and rescue if needed!!! This is not a good look for our neighborhood and unacceptable when it has been reported more than once.
