Blocking her driveway and her neighbor's driveway. A window is broken and there is jewelry on the seat. Caller checked with the neighbors, and it doesn't belong to them. Caller did a license plate search, and it is not stolen. Back window is broken. Caller contacted a tow truck company and they refused to tow it since it is on the street.
