Description

Storm drain at the corner of Columbus st and Clarendon st completely filled with debris. When it rains the water pools and does not enter drain. I’ve cleared the debris from on top of the drain but the drain itself is completely full. Last winter ice and snow melt refroze on top of it and ice continuously built up and accumulated, causing a safety hazard. I attempted to put down ice melt but it made little difference.
