I just came around the blind corner because of the fence you can’t see before you turn and almost hit a car parked in front of this house because there was a car going northbound at the same time I was going south onto the street and there was no room for me after I turned to pass safely.

I just came home from work and cars are still parked in the street. As you can see from the comment above, another citizen almost struck one of his cars. It's unconscionable that the City is not addressing this problem. This is NOT a police problem. It is a code enforcement problem. Outrageous that they say it's been "addressed" when it clearly has not!

Thanks for reaching out. It does show in our system that code compliance does have an active case on this property. There are multiple pieces involved in this property and they're going about the proper measures and procedures when addressing the code compliance violation. Service requests are closed on here because they are then open in our system.

Code Compliance is taking their sweet time. There are numerous violations on this property that are readily apparent to the naked eye. This is NOT the kind of help the taxpayers are paying for. It is readily apparent the City Manager of SeaTac is NOT doing his job and neither is code compliance. In the meantime, the whole are must suffer. It's especially egregious at the holidays. I'm embarrassed to have family come to my home right now because they must pass that way on their way in. I simply have to tell them "never move to SeaTac" as the City doesn't give a d**n about its property owners. I guess the last resort, other than council meetings, is picketing.
