Description
This picture was taken in July when not much rain fell. Today, there was a lot of rain and there is a very large "puddle" that is at least 3 inches deep around 4p. It is right next to a fire hydrant. There is definitely a drainage problem in that area and it doesn't take much rain to accumulate water. This is a hazard to cars driving due to how deep the water is, emergency responders if they ever needed access to that fire hydrant, and if it were ever cold enough to freeze an ice hazard. I'm very concerned about this spot especially considering the predictions of precipitation for this winter. Thank you for your consideration!
