Description
This is just the start of the blockage. It got worse as the minutes passed. I found the school parking lot to be not managed by the school so there was ample room for additional cars that could have parked.

Response from the Traffic Department:
Thanks for letting us know. Staff will be observing traffic patterns this week and will follow up with the school to provide any suggestions to Crista that might aid in dissipating queues to some degree. Additionally, we have reached out to Crista regarding parent communication and on-site presence to help with traffic flow. Please keep in mind that some degree of queuing is common and present at practically every school citywide for about 15 minutes each school day; people driving through school areas during school start/end times should anticipate this and either expect to be delayed somewhat or plan to make trips outside of this peak 15 minute period.
Kind regards,
City of Shoreline
