That’s the same on Colman at those multi-family 130s 140s area. They leave out all the for trash and recycling on the street and sidewalk. Huge mess not even the Health Department will respond. Good luck.

I have complained about this over the past year more than 2 dozen times! This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting! Random people drive by and just launch garbage into the dumpster sometimes missing it! They come in the night to unload undesired bulk items and sometimes leave it right in front, not even inside of the dumpster! The city really needs to address this before someone’s health is affected by all the illnesses garbage can bring!!
