Inspector M. Gonzalez while driving the city observed trashcans stored by the curbside at 2915 Oak Pointe Blvd, in violation of Section 78.6 Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violation and a Courtesy Notice of Violation was posted at the front door giving (10) days to correct.

A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 12/20/2023 at 2915 Oak Pointe Blvd regarding a trash screening violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed: trashcans are still in public view letters will be mailed out to the property owners.

A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 4/16/2024 at 2915 Oak Pointe Blvd regarding a trash screening violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed trashcans are no longer in public view. The trash screening violation was corrected, and this complaint will be closed.
