Description
Three solar powered (I think) lights along the pedestrian path between the parking lot of the old HMA site and the MBTA parking lot have not worked for some time. I walk to the train station in the early morning and it is very dark there. The lights seem to be only a few years old and have solar panels on them. Not sure if these belong to Salem or MBTA.

Their is an issue with the solar panels and we are trying to find out who installed them. The charger is putting out the correct voltage.
