Description

I notice there are often cars parked in front of entrance to sign hill hiking trail on spruce Ave. Any cars parked here block the sidewalk and cause difficulty for walkers. Would prefer areas with narrow streetways (such as spruce where divider is) to be marked red for no Parking allowed. This feels unsafe when walking as must walk on the dirt hill or the street to get around.
