As a home owner or the landlord, you should take care of anything that is encrouching on or against the house, unless its city property adjacent to private land and growing crazy or out of control, which it looks like its easily tsjen care of by the home owner. Just my opinion

I trimmed the City Bushes as requested by FortisBC and returned the clippings to the City to be picked up.

Good afternoon, We have reached out to appropriate department to review this matter. The City gardeners have cleared access that was being blocked by city shrubs. Thanks!

It wasn’t necessary for the gardeners to clear access; on Friday, February 09th I cleared the shrubs myself.

I was informed by the city that they don’t do work on private property.
