Description

On Route 10 near the intersection of Route 46 the third lane should be closed and be made into a Turn Only to motorists who are turning right onto Route 46. During rush hour so many people jump into that third lane to get ahead of traffic and they have to merge back into traffic when the lane ends. I used to travel on Route 10 but now take 46 home and I have noticed that those people who jump traffic cause back-up on Route 46 because the 46 people can't get onto the road when the light turns green.
