The occupants that live at 214 Pearl St have been accumulating garbage ib their yard. They have old wooden pallets, boxes old household items and they are throwing food into the yard and it's attracting squirrels, birds and other wildlife. Can the Quality Of Live taskforce come out and address these issues before it becomes a neighborhood issue?
