The intersection of Royal Hills Drive, Cedar Ridge Drive, and Lake Youngs Way SE is a four-way stop; however, the traffic traveling in both directions along Royal Hills Drive routinely does not stop at the stop signs, even when there are pedestrians in the crosswalk. There is a school bus stop nearby, as well as stops for public transit.
