Thank you for submitting your concern. We’ve received multiple requests on this matter and have submitted work orders to Amtrak who are the owners of the bridge and responsible for addressing this situation. Staff members that have been working with Amtrak directly report they are working on transporting the equipment to their station in CT that would remove the debris. I’ve gotten an expected timeline of roughly two weeks until they can address this. Hopefully the weather has not delayed this any further; this is a concern of the Town's as well. Any further questions or issues in the future with particular issue can also be reported to Amtrak directly, as the Town does not have the ability to complete work of this nature around this bridge.
