Description
The City previously require repairs to the facia and soffit of this building, but such repairs were not done properly and holes were left in the roof. Upon information and belief, there is lots of black mold in the building and it is unsafe to enter. There are also homeless people storing grocery carts in front of the property.
The property has been effectively abandoned.
