why is that shed there? what is it for?

This shed houses a part of the irrigation system for the baseball field. The lights are solar powered and only work while the battery has a charge. I'll have my team make sure the lights are not burned out, but I suspect some of them ran out of power.

For what it’s worth, I’ve found that the rechargeable batteries that come with similar kinds of lights are sometimes very low-quality. So I hope your team checks the batteries as well as the bulbs.
