Not only were we not plowed yet after this storm, we weren't plowed out in December. It's ridiculous!

Acknowledged By (spt). Your request for plowing/salting has been acknowledged by Philly 311. The City of Philadelphia has declared a snow emergency effective Tuesday, February 9, 2010. Streets Dept. is working to clear primary and secondary roadways at this time. Philly 311 will begin taking Service Requests for salting and plowing when this event is officially declared over.
