A group of young guys adopted this place for smoking marijuana in a public space and all this premises, concrete bench, public toilet, has been destroyed and tagged with graffiti.This place no longer safe to spend some time with the family, and rancho rios neighborhood is vandalized with the graffiti tag of this group of delinquents.
