Is this still an issue for you?
If so, please click on the link on the right-hand side under "Seattle 311" "Notify Watcher about this Issue Anyway" to let the 311 Department become aware of this.
Because they joined SeeClickFix after this issue was created, they might not be aware of it and it would be good to let them know.
Have you tried to approach the building landlord?
Also, please remember is the issue becomes serious or an emergency, contact the police department.

Hi Nicole,
This is no longer an issue for me as I have moved and the situation was somewhat resolved (I believe).
