The light on the overpass/service drive at Utica Rd. needs a left turn arrow. The service drive is a one-way so from the south side it is fine, but from the north side it is extremely difficult and very dangerous to turn. Many people will run the light, especially during high traffic times and I've had to wait more than 3 light cycles too many times just to be able to turn safely, when I'm the first car waiting to turn. Thanks.
