Description

Owner may have passed and mother dog has litter of pups that soon will be a pack of dogs if not soon addressed! Current occupants of dwelling have been advised to fence mother as she known to charge pedestrians and children waiting for school bus but to no end. Dogs will be in road causing hazards for drivers as there is no street light nearby. Currently no food or water looks be provided cause mother will come into neighbor's yard to drink from flower pot and defecate in yard.
