Description

This homeowner is right next to Dekeyser Elementary with a walkway to the school and it is never cleared when it snows. Every year a complaint is made and yet they still do nothing about it. It's been days since the first snow of this year and they still have yet to do anything about it. The snow has ice under it. Someone is going to get hurt.
