Building 600 has not had heat in two days. Water pipes have been frozen. The complex management has emailed us saying the problem has been fixed but can not run water until pipes thaw. We do not have an estimated time from the property management on when heat & water will come back on. It’s currently 52 degrees in my apartment. The complex has given us purified water only. This complex isn’t gated so it is public. Building 6 is in need of heating immediately & water.

A plumbing crew was here to work on the pipe issue as it was apparently a pipe burst from the sprinkler system.

I wasn’t sure if code compliance had to be notified or housing authority so trying this option first.
