This is the truck for reference

On Saturday the same truck came again. They have a small pickup truck like the previous waste management company had. They used it on 1/1/2024

At this point since my requests have been ignored I am expecting our driveway to be repaired

Nothing has been fixed and my garbage hasn't been picked up in 2-3 weeks. I called City of Hoover and they said they are reaching out to Amwaste to contact me

I spoke with a manager on 2/26 and she said they did not have a smaller truck. I mentioned there was a pickup on 1/1/2024 using a small pickup which is what the previous company used. She said she did that personally but no one else is allowed to use that truck. She said her drivers were complaining it was too much to walk down and get the trash and bring the can back down our hill. I mentioned if they wanted to leave it at the top of the hill that would be fine and I could drive it down. (Someone from the city of Hoover called and asked if my issue had been resolved I said somewhat and requested a discounted rate since I would be doing half of the job. She mentioned Amwaste would call me back in regards to this). Amwaste did not pickup garbage from 2/26-3/8. When they picked it up on 3/9 it was using the large truck again (picture attached). I contacted the manager again and she said it was a different driver and she would have to let him know. She said her concrete guy that does repair work has not contacted her back to repair our driveway.
