My daughter moved in this complex in December 2023. Upon arrival with a U-Haul full of furniture, there was no lock on the apt door. Was told to come back on the 1st. There was no refrigerator. The one in the apartment we had to move outside due to not working and filthy and smelling. No covers for the outlets, no fire extinguisher, no key to the mailbox given. Numerous requests were made and always get an excuse, but they want that rent money. Very poor management. Now there is a constant water leak in the apartment. Have to put a bowl under it to catch the running water in bathroom. This too was reported to the office. Several of the wall plugs not working, no bar light, no wall plug covers, no light switch covers, filters needs replacing, bathroom has moisture spots in it, where fire alarm should be there are exposed wires hanging out, and blind shingles are missing. She has put in at least 3 work orders but nothing. I understand them having busted pipes and the maintenance person working on the complex, but she was there before all of this happened. Me along with her are feeling helpless. This complex has very very poor management. I am suggesting my daughter find another place to live but she is very timid about the whole situation, and we do not have money to be moving from here to there. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
