Description

The intersection of Flippen and Hudson Bridge is terrible. When some drivers are turning right onto Hudson Bridge from Flippen, some don't yield or stop for oncoming, right of way traffic. There needs to be a turning light for that lane! There needs to be a better traffic pattern for that intersection all together.
