i have heard the noise and loud music; lot of drinking going on and partying going on and speeding down Haverhill Street; its a barber shop not a party bar; please stop this

I just drove by at 10:20pm on Saturday. There are 12-15 cars parked in the lot. The Barber Shop has the "open barber pole" sign all lit up. You can see people upstairs and hear the music. This can't possibly be legal, especially if alcohol is involved. If it's been going on Saturday nights for weeks and weeks, why hasn't the Methuen Police Department put a stop to this? 🤔 Haverhill Street is a VERY visible location and you can't miss this activity. I took a photo but unfortunately I'm not given the option to include it in my comment. This issue should be given to the Police Department so they can remedy it immediately.

Thank you very much Capt Ferreira. Haverhill Street is a highly visible and well traveled road. The activity should be immediately visible to any patrol units driving by.

I included one picture, in a different See Click Fix ticket which I submitted last weekend. I have a couple of additional pictures from last Saturday night if you need them.
