This traffic signal was blinking red again this morning. This is dangerous because drivers to not obey a four way stop. This is a frequent occurrence at this light.

MDOT SHA owns and maintains all non-toll, numbered roads in Maryland's 23 counties such as I-495 (the Capital Beltway), MD 355 (Rockville Pike) and US 40 (Baltimore National Pike). This issue is not under County jurisdiction and must be addressed by the State Highway Administration (SHA). This ticket will be closed in SeeClickFix.

Closing these issues doesn't make the problem go away. What is Howard County doing to get the SHA to address these intersections? I have personally called SHA and also opened an online ticket and nothing seems to be done to address this.
I believe that Sanner Ln and Cedar Rd are county roads, so I feel that the county should share responsibility for maintaining these intersections.
