I'm moving to this house at 144 Howard Oaks Drive. All they’ve ever had is one red trashcan. They don’t have a blue recycling can nor do they have a second red can even though we found out they’re paying for two. I either need to pay for two and add a recycling cart or just have the one trashcan.
