Hello. This area is supposed to be landscaped according to the original development plan. Publix is responsible for one half and maintains it well. The other half in the photo is to be maintained by the owners of the business center at 6671 13th Ave N. This is not being done. There should be planted trees and shrubs along the wall and the area is to be consistently mowed and kept free of debris. This problem has been ongoing for several years and formal complaints have been submitted with nothing changing. The last complaint was filed in June of 2023 still with no changes. Please address. Thank you for your time.
