Description
The area of Foch Street and 61st Avenue NE becomes flooded with minimal rain. The storm drains are inefficient. 61st Ave NE will be flooded and impassable at times when 62nd Ave NE is dry. This is an ongoing issue and it is getting worse every year. Please help us.
