Descrizione

Property has been deteriorating for several years. Now, that the snow is gone a portion of the rear roof has collapsed down to the rafters. Gutters are collapsed and several areas have exposed wood rot. Roof shingles continue to deteriorate and "fly off." It just keeps getting worse.
