Code Inspector Venters received a See Click Fix complaint #15992256 for a Trash Screening complaint located at BUILDING CODES VIOLATION/PERMITS. Inspector Venters arrived at the property and observed 2 trash receptacle(s) stored on the side of the home, FENCE DOWN ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE HOME AND DAMAGED ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE HOME that can be viewed from the street, in violation(s) of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Placard with the Notice of Violation giving the Owner time to correct was posted at the front lawn.

Code Inspector Venters received a See Click Fix complaint #15992256 for a building codes violations complaint located at 627 Stephanie . Upon FOLLOW UP INSPECTION, Inspector Venters arrived at the property and observed that ALL VIOLATIONS HAVE BEEN ADRESSED, THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS that can be viewed from the street, bringing this case within compliance of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken there were no violations, and the case is being closed.
