I have returned this sign to the owner’s yard twice in the past. Owner has since mounted the sign in 2 concrete blocks and returned the sign on January 13th. There is a 2nd sign on the northwest corner of 12th Ave NE and Beach Drive. Owner’s address is 535 12th Ave NE.
