Cars are going way to fast up and down lacey street. I walked out of my car the other day and almost got ran over. This is not only an issue here but all up Lacey street and around it.

Alley should be one way either north or south - same way with the one between Walnut and High
Street(200 block). All alleys need to be one way going in town or south (out of town).
several cars are hit daily and people just ride on.
These college kids who live off the 400 and 500 block of walnut street think they have the right of way coming down the alley and not stopping.

and all over the borough. And alleys should be one way either north or south. ALSO CARS COME DOWN THE ALLEY AND THROW THEIR TRASH ON THE GRASS OF TAX PAYING CITIZENS.
SO GLAD WHEN COLLEGE CLOSES IN MAY - THINGS ARE THEN THE WAY THEY SHOULD BE
FOR A FEW MONTHS.
