Is this a registered/licensed business? The parking lot is always full with random cars and from the average neighbors observation this is some kind of mechanic or body shop and its right on the pond. There is no way the city should allow people to work with car fluids next to a pond. Theres no way this is good for the eco system and why on earth would a commercial mechanic business be allowed to conduct mechanical work in a residential area? This is not someone working on their personal car but it seems its someone who fixes cars for money.
Seems people can just convert their homes to commercial businesses now and the city does not care and homeowners have to deal with their homes lowering in value due to it.
Also the pond always has junk in it now from trash to things like chairs and we have people who dont live here parked on the side of the road and speeding up and down our street. This is a school zone, this is elder neighborhood and its not fair to anyone.
