Description
The owner on property 6098 Hazlett st, Is draining floodwater from his basement to the adjacent lot on 6092 Hazlett, which is NOT a vacant land. The amount of water has pressure and is persistent which is causing the grass to turn yellow and dry. This water also runs towards the sidewalk and gets stuck there.
