TALKING WITH OUR REALSTATE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY ARE SAYING THIS PROPERTY IS A PRESCRIPTIVE RIGHT-OF-WAY AND THE TREES ARE NOT ON COUNTY PROPERTY AND BELONG TO HOMEOWNER.
