Description
The crosswalks outside of WAM aren't well painted, people park on them and the road is a 4 lane highway.

Q. What is the nature of the problem? Please describe in detail.
A. Children and parents, patrons are at risk when crossing the road to and from the art museum. It is hard to see people standing at the second crosswalk because of parked cars. I have been witnessing near misses with cars speeding, not seeing people in the crosswalk and coming close to mowing them down every Saturday at noon when classes let out. Road diet is needed at best- improved signage and move crosswalks to more central visible locations at worst.
