I walk this neighborhood often. I have been seeing a suspicious male Hispanic (estimate in his 20s) walking through the area lately. He looks very out of place and I just wanted to give a heads up. He was seen holding a small dog on 2-9-24. He asked me for directions to the river. It was a very odd interaction.n
