Description
We live at Boulevard and Bond - 66 Bond St - and they’ve been working construction (drilling, hammering and grinding cement) as early as 6:45 and as late as the eight o’clock hour in the even (yesterday). Is this regulated and enforced? If so, would someone please contact their local representatives? We’ve emailed the local management office but have yet to receive a reply.
